Cannot Join ranked que after new patch

I cannot enter ranked matchmaking at all after new patch. It just shows the loading wheel for a minute then returns home screen. Anyone else having this issue?

actually its just draft.. ranked and non ranked

same here.. draft doesnt work and i been on blind queue for 15mins now
