Client store bug

In the clients store i have no option to buy items in:

• Champions
• Skins
• Ward skins
• Summoner icons
• Boosts
• Bundles
• Account
• Gifting Center

The gifting center looks like this when it's loaded http://puu.sh/hQUgd/4e8388c024.jpg . All of the other ones mentioned above look similar to this http://puu.sh/hQUjG/498e7d629b.jpg . Also in the featured tab i can't buy any of the items even though the "unlock" button is showing. When i click it nothing happens. I can still purchase champions and skins in the profile area but it's the store part that is causing problems

I am not entirely sure why it's happening but it started when i bought the SSW thresh skin. I bought it, didn't go into my account so i bought it again. It went in but i realised i was charged twice so i quit the client, came back on and then my balance was there. Ever since then i could not buy anything else.
