[Gameplay] Bug on Soraka's E

Soraka's E is supposed to silence the opponent, but when you cast it in the middle of Pantheon's ultimate before he spawns, he's still able to cast his W.

Easy to reproduce in game by having Pantheon spam his w after his R while he falls on the silenced zone.
