lost my proms cause of champion select error

so i was 1-1 im my promos and something went wrong when i should pick my champ...i tried anything (without closing the client) but nothing worked...finally i restarted league of legends and i already had lost my promos cause of this "error" !! its the second time that happens to me so plz try to fix it somehow ..show some respect 2 us rito <3 :'(

"2 months ago" Just had this error as well, doesn't look like this is gonna be fixed anytime soon. It's sporadic at first, but then it occurs over and over and over and over and over.
