[GAMEPLAY] Flash Input buffering bug

Issuing a movement command before input buffering a spell + flash cancels the buffered spell.

  1. Issue a movement command near your target
  2. Buffer a spell out of cast range
  3. Flash into cast range
  4. The movement command is followed, but the spell is not cast.
