[Game Play] Jinx passive

Good afternoon,

I have started to notice that Jinx passive does not always proc on an assist. It has happened a few times and it seems it usually is when jinx is the third person on the kill.(udyr gets the kill, the first small box next to him is ahri and then the next box is jinx.) Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but i thought i would throw it out there.
