Eternum Rek'Sai Skin dig a tunnel glitch***

sometimes when I use the eternum Rek'sai skin and I burrow underground to make a tunnel it doesn't let me go to the other tunnel, I stay stuck at the tunnel I made. Specifically, This usually happens when I try to make a tunnel through a wall. I've been noticing it happens to me every game when i use that specific skin. It happens once or more every game, but not too many times. I've also noticed using the eternum skin that the game isn't as responsive when i use rek'sai (this could just be me, but it only happens when i use that specific skin).
