not getting champion points and cant read abilities

Sometimes after a match the champion points I should recieve I never get. Just like now no points for playing teemo :(
And if I go into the shop to select a champ I want to buy I cant read its abilities it how nothing if I put my mouse above it :( And also If I log in to fast to the game before the animation kicks in, It will make the animation music play forever under all circumstance.
