Low priority quene glitch????

....created the same discussion before,but after that all was normal..

Now letme explain what happpend,I was in a ranked game and i left bcs i needed to go to the toilet and i came back with a ban of 20 mins and i got kicked out of promos,after that i start playing and inotice when the low priority quene resets after 5 mins to 20 mins again AND THAT REPEATS..
