Garen Bug [Gameplay]

I recently just played a ranked game with garen. Everything was fine till about 25-30 minutes into the game. I could no longer use my E skill (judgment), the other skills (Q,W,R) were fine. E is a skill you can turn off early , it appeared to be stuck after that and could not be turned back on. Help with this issue would be great otherwise I fear playing another ranked game with him at the moment.
