[GAMEPLAY] Turret Doesn't Damage Minions

During ARAM game Base Turret Blue Side Bottom Right (to be specific) Lucien sole attacker no def. items that affect minions his team is OMW, but don't make it past FoW before games end. Everyone on my team is dead (ACE)

I noticed every other shot from the turret wasn't damaging a melee minion. It took four shots to kill a melee minion 20 mins into the game. The minion was one of several including some super minions. I think the bug affects all minions.
