Chat filter bug fix

was talking with a riot support memeber today because my chat filter would work out of game but not in game, they suggested a few things and these are all the steps i went through to get it to work (some steps are probably extraneous). they suggested i posted it here so maybe itll help out some other people.

Lauched LoL (beta client) Deleted Config folder under c:/Riot Games/ League of Legends Tested chat in andout of game = works out of game but not in game Lauched legacy client Turned off chat filter Tested in/out of game = works out of game but not in game Launched back into beta client Turned off chat filter Tested in/out of game=FIXED
