It's been a while i wanted to share this and i finally reached my limits. The score playing a support needs to be re-programmed or something, i almost have a perfect score every game i play (not all the time) and still the game doesnt allow me to rank up my champions. Please do something about it.

If it is not done this way there is a good chance your post will just get tossed aside and they wont look into your issue.
