Game Crashing

Since 10/9/18, every time I load up the game and that screen with all the players and their % loaded pops up, my game crashes. (Also I didn't make changes to my PC or to my game between when the game worked and when it started crashing) Sometimes I only get up to like 1% and other times it goes all the way to around 60%. I was purposely playing against bots to be sure I do not ruin any games, but Riot still thinks I am a horrible person and now they are making my Que times longer. I was able to play 1 game by initiating a full repair and I thought that was the end of it but the very next day I played a game and it crashed. I tried to initiate a full repair again multiple times since then but still nothing seems to be working. Please help. (Also I filled out the "Whoops! Something broke" thing multiple times and Riot did not yet contact me about it.
