Issue with Client

Im having this issue logging fully into the client, i get a black screen and my summoner name doesnt pop up nor does any of the game info or game boards that usually pop up. its been like this for 20 minutes now, was wondering if there is an issue with the game client atm or if anyone else is having this issue thanks. I also posted a ss of the issue also

OP here nvm, i tried running the game in administrator mode and worked like a charm, thanks and sorry for the waste of a post
