Black Scree on the Champions' Selection

It happened twice.. My buddies and I joined the champions' selection, and this black screen showed up on my league and I wasn't able to do anything except for hearing sounds. My other buddy experienced the same thing. It must be a new bug that ya'll should be aware.. Got my 15 minutes waiting penalty because of that.. Please fix it!!
