Karma W tooltip bug

So I like to futz about with a champ against bots to get their skill interactions down, and today I was doing about that, futzing with karma before she leaves rotation. I got fairly fed because, well, beginner bots, and I had around 1100 AP and was pretty much intstakilling the poor kayle in mid. But when I was looking at the damage my Q did, I noticed that the tooptip for the W was extremely weird- it displayed the bonus health regained from an R'd W as 20% (+0%). I know that the scaling isn't bad enough that it takes over 1100 AP to get 1%, so something is bugged here. Perhaps it doesn't resize properly for numbers with more than one digit, I dunno. But something was a bit buggy.

It was on SR, just me against beginner bots all, around 40 minutes into game, I was past 50 kills, regular karma skin.
