Client lagging and bugging out during champion select, resulting in promo loss

I was in a promo series, and my client bugs out. I lost the last game because it lagged and I couldn't select a champion.

Now, I am in a new series, and it has happened again. This time a 30 minute wait along with first game lost.

This is very annoying and there's literally NOTHING I can do.

Same exact thing has been happening to me. 3 games straight now, what happens is you pick a champion in champion select and the you get initial message that comes up and it just freeze's there. Until the timer is up and knocks you out. I never got this issue until the past patch we got came into effect.

I have had the exact same thing happen to me already lost 1 promotion series and couple lp for it, now i have 30 minute penalty ;(
