Long loading times and failure to connect

Hi!

I have noticed quite long loading times since a few patches ago. Whilst this is annoying, that is not the major problem. However, quite frequently there is a failure to connect to the beginning of the game. 30 seconds late might be bad for early action, but workable. However, I have had the occasional connect 2-3 minutes in, which not only screws over myself, but also my team majorly.

Now I have also had one, where I could hear fountain noises, yet I was still on the loading screen for minutes, denying my team the chance to even rematch without repercussions. Any ideas what is going on. I am still running the same computer and everything. The problems seem to be quite recent (2 months or so)
