Getting Grade S- or more for the first time in the season with a champion doesn't give you a crate

Got grade S for 2 games in a row with Poppy (for the first time this season) and I didn't receive a crate after neither. This has happened to other people I believe. Please look into it. In the image I linked you will see that the highest grade this season is S; however the crate icon should be golden had I received it, which I didn't.

Do you still have chest allowances? And are you eligible for rewards?

You have to own the champion and have boxes available

You can only recieve a chest once every so many days

Only the beta client supports chests and keys

i have similar problem, and not in one game only. Almost every game someone from my party get S- or S, today even S+ and i do not received a chest. I own this hero, the hero is never received a chest, and i have a number 4 on chests in my profile, so i think there is a bug, or very wrong explanation of rewards
