I ve been through this problem for almost 6 months. i ve been taking s- and above in jhin games and never gave me the second fragment to take jhin to level 6 mastery. can anyone tell me what to do or can u riot fix this bug on my account? thank

That's because 3v3 can't give tokens. ONLY Summoners Rift normal's and Ranked queues can give mastery tokens.

i ve played 5v5 too but it denied to give me the mastery.
