Our Lucian had been afk for the entire game and at the three minute mark it wouldnt let us remake, just saying "/Remake is only available when I player hasnt connected to the game" or something along those lines. Any ideas why this happened?

You cannot /remake if there has already been a first blood. I had a remake earlier today, quite a neat change. Riot actually didn't tell us that we could /remake when someone was afk from the start, but I am glad they made that change.
