Warwick & Vayne Bug [GAMEPLAY]

So last night i was in game, it was around 40 mins with a Vayne (ADC) on our side and a Warwick (JG) on the opposing team. At around 40 minutes a brief skirmish occured where our Vayne's health was taken low, the enemy Warwick then flashed towards our Vayne. But immediately following WW's flash Vayne condemned him away but not before WW ulted Vayne, WW briefly appears next to Vayne channeling his ult on her, but a split second after it begins the condemn knocks WW away. BUT, damage is still being dealt to Vayne from his ult even though WW's ult was cancelled.

So in essence:

1. Vayne Condemns WW
2. WW ults Vayne a split second after Condemn flies towards him
3. WW channels ult briefly on Vayne
4. WW is knocked back when Condemn connects
5. Damage from WW ult keeps on being applied to Vayne even though she is free of his ult only moments after its beginning
6. Vayne and WW both run in opposing directions as Vaynes health continues to rapidly drop and eventually die a second or so later

p.s. WW did not have ignite nor was any other ignite placed on Vayne, neither were any form of poison.
