[GAMEPLAY] Fizz - Ultimate "bounces" to target champion after missing

Fizz's Ultimate seems to reconnect with the target after first missing, in some cases. The fish hits the ground, then flies back up to the target. In most cases I've seen, fizz and the target champion are moving, but I don't know whether this affects the bug or not.

1. Fizz and target enemy champion can be be moving. (This step may/may not be necessary)
2. Fizz uses his ultimate near, possibly behind, the target champion.

Again, Fizz's fish hits the ground, then bounces back up and connects with the target.

Happened to me while playing flex queue as Lux. The one other instances I know of are in the Youtube video I linked (which was uploaded today by dagurr). That last clip in the video is...interesting.
