Vi Main Combos Don't Proc Electrocute

None of the main combos leading with Q proc electrocute on the third hit (as they should). Not Q>AA>E, not Q>E>AA, not Q>E>R. Pictures below.

Bump, this happens to me all the time, not even worth taking the rune if it doesn't proc.
