Taric w causes the game to skip

like the title says for me when i play taric. once i get my w the game starts kinda skipping like i'll move and then the game jitters as if its losing frames or something. like im not sure how to explain it. but this only happens on taric and its happened every time i have played him since the rework. i looked it up and i think some other people are having the same issue so i thought i might try to post this in the report a bug section and see if you guys at riot can do something about it. or if someone else in the boards knows a fix for it.
