[Support Page] Can't select any language when having PBE as my region

Hi,

I wanted to report an offensive and abusive behavior of one PBE player. When I tried to create a support ticked I ran into a problem where I can't select any language when having PBE as my region. The list is empty! Without it, I can't finish creating my ticket, because I keep getting an error that it's required to select a language.
