[GAMEPLAY] Sion's Axe + "Armor" comes back while in Passive form

Upon death, Mecha Zero Sion's passive attacks like it should, only suddenly, his axe + some odd version of his colors appear along with axe's attacking sound instead of the usual punching sound. These weren't only spectator mode occurrences as it occurred while I was playing in that game.

These are the steps that resulted in the bug during the game:

1. Die as Sion
2. Get silenced while attacking something using passive
3. Axe and odd version of colors appear along with regular form's attacking sound

I am unsure if this bug occurs with Sion's other skins as it only occurred while using Mecha Zero Sion.
