[NA] Animation Lag in Game

My Client updated tonight before I played. It took forever to authenticate and let me log in but it did get there finally. Ran a speed test and my internet connection is fine. I got into game thinking the lag was just on the client but I continued to have super weird animation lag, where skills would attempt to catch up like watching a replay on fast forward.
