When trying to load into the game I got a bugsplat. I had another game fullscreen that I was trying to exit out of while I was loading in - which I think caused the original bugsplat. Once I reconnected and tried to move from spawn, I was forced to path directly to their nexus. I couldn't move from this path unless I disconnected. Once I disconnected and reconnected it was fixed.

This is an error where your mouse is not interacting with the active window properly. You can stop yourself by using the Stop/Hold position hotkey, or recalling. Then, try Alt-Tabbing out, clicking on your desktop, then tabbing back to League to make it the active window. If that doesn't work, change the Window Mode.
Barry Badrìnath1 votesThanks, I'm not sure if I can replicate it but if that happens again I'll try. The weird thing about it was that I never clicked to go where it was taking me, I guess that could still be a symptom of my mouse not interacting with the active window properly but it seems to me like the game couldn't think I would be able to click anywhere, including their nexus if my mouse movements weren't registering.
