When trying to load into the game I got a bugsplat. I had another game fullscreen that I was trying to exit out of while I was loading in - which I think caused the original bugsplat. Once I reconnected and tried to move from spawn, I was forced to path directly to their nexus. I couldn't move from this path unless I disconnected. Once I disconnected and reconnected it was fixed.

This is an error where your mouse is not interacting with the active window properly. You can stop yourself by using the Stop/Hold position hotkey, or recalling. Then, try Alt-Tabbing out, clicking on your desktop, then tabbing back to League to make it the active window. If that doesn't work, change the Window Mode.
Thanks, I'm not sure if I can replicate it but if that happens again I'll try. The weird thing about it was that I never clicked to go where it was taking me, I guess that could still be a symptom of my mouse not interacting with the active window properly but it seems to me like the game couldn't think I would be able to click anywhere, including their nexus if my mouse movements weren't registering.
