[GAMEPLAY] Jinx can use FISHBONES FOREVER!!!!

Jinx

  1. Just go into a game as the champion jinx and get to 1-2 mana by autoing minions/tower with fishbones toggled.
  2. When League auto-toggles it for you just Q Instantly and you can use fishbones at 0 mana.
  3. just keep pressing q after every auto at 0 mana.

I'm not 100% if this is intended so I wanted to bring it to Riot's attention.

This is sort of like an Amumu bug they fixed awhile back, where his W was draining mana, but once he gets to 0, it would just keep going leaving your mana pool at 0. I assume it would be as easy to fix.
