[Gameplay] Randomly cannot move, but can see others moving?

Recently after patch 5.4 I have been randomly freezing. This freezing is not the usually client not responding, but instead me not being able to cast any spells at all or able to move in general. While this is happening I can see everything that is going on around me up until, on occassion, I get the reconnect popup that everyone dreads. Now, at this point it's either I disconnect and have to reconnect or I come back dead. Try to fix this asap if it makes sense as it has taken a toll on my rage big time...
