Broken Lobby

I keep trying to play a game but instead I get a lobby stuck on 0 secs for ban and then half the room just ups and leaves and it throws me out after 3 mins of sitting and waiting, then this is the part I love so much, It says I am queue dodging..... never once in the many years have I done such a thing, I may of lost net to a storm or just a shit net provider.... but never dodge the fact now that am up to 15mins for "queue dodging" is just messed up... I would like to play but all I get is a broken lobby and more time added to my wait time from said broken lobby.

I have simular problems. Sometimes, no further picks are made from my side. The countdown just goes down to 0 and get stuck there. It happens both on ban phase and pick phase, doesn't matter who is going to pick a champion. If I haven't made a pick myself before, I end up dodging the game no matter what. Also if I'm in queue I can't join a game, because I ain't get a popup. The timer will just go on and on and if it weren't for my mates, I would still be up for queue. If I close the queue, I will briefly see the popup and know I missed a game there.

It's really frustrating and I don't play if I can't find a game after a few tries...
