SightStone Trouble

Seeing as the new game type Black Market Brawlers is new, I'm sure there are a few bugs. During one game, I found one within my items, and if it limited to the one game type I am not sure, that my sightstone (not ruby sightstone) suffered an error. Near late game as i was checking my items, I noticed my sightstone said 63/3, meaning it believed I had placed 63 wards on the map out of the limit of 3. Of course I did not have all those wards and did not gain any type of vision, but it said they were there. Now normally when you have 3/3 wards and cannot pass the limit, you can place a new ward and the oldest one will be destroyed, however my sightstone would not let me set any new wards for about 5-10 minutes after the point I had noticed even though I still had wards left in it. After that point, it went back to normal, but it is still an issue i think should be dealt with. Now I did not try selling and re-buying or undoing my sell, so let that be noted.
