[GAMEPLAY] Karthus Q visual bug

As far as i know this bug works only for yourself so others cant see it. Tried this with my friend so i know its not just something bugged in my client. So when you use your Q inside your passive and use it outside of the max range, the circle appears at where you used your Q (even outside of max range) but the explosion happens where it should. Added a screen of it in this post. Also theres no limit to where you can see/use the bugged circle.
