Bug crash cliënt entering game

Ok, so i got this problem since a long time and never found an answer for it or a solution for that matter. Once in a while, sometimes multiple times on one day, some days not, i get a bug crash when i found and accepted a match 9doesn't matter which queue). problem is, in champ select and without auto recconect to the champ select you get the leaver buster penalty. This is very annoying and doesn't seem te get fixed on it's own. (i send the bug report every time in hope of...)

Anybody got a fix or tips for this problem?
