[CLIENT] Empty champion pool in champion select forces you to dodge

As title says, there is literally not even a single champion i could choose in the champ select, even in ban phase. Which is, obviousely, led to 100% dodge since i couldn't neither ban or pick anything This bug appears randomly in the 1st game after start your launcher, and won't go away till you restart your client completely Also got a screenshot as it looks like

I think this bug is really gamebreaking which may cause you to lose a lot of time and LP, i lost 20 mins because of it,luckily it was just a normal game/
