Stuck Trying to Find a Party

This is super annoying. I wait my 20 minutes due to Leaver Buster penalty and finally when a game ques, someone AFK's during champ select. If someone leaves in the in the next lobby and my client will not connect to a 3rd game after that. I can sit in Finding Party for hours and it'll never connect me with a game. If I que up again, I have to wait my 20 minutes all over! This is ridiculous, I shouldn't get penalized twice because the client sucks. Is this being looked at? I cannot be the only one..
