Can't connect. Crash or black screen

So, very recently I've been having random issues with just playing. I got put on a 5 game low priority for missing a game because my game wouldn't load and bugsplat kept popping up. I've seen other threads about it happening to people for the past few days. I've re-downloaded, ran hextech repair tool, and nothing is working. I'm sure it's a server issue. They posted this thread up about it " http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/3Lmbjp8Y-3132017-na-server-issues ", and they claim that "UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED AS OF 11:50 PDT", but it's not resolved. I just want my game to work and to be able to play and not be punished for something I had no control over.
