Queue Accept Bug

I was on champ select and someone dodged from the opposing team. I tried to start a new game, waiting and got the go ahead to click 'Accept'. I did, and it froze for a bit before stating that I declined. I tried again and got the same problem, only this time it froze. I had to close the client from Task Manager and restart it. Now I've got a queue dodge penalty for a bug. Anyone encountered this before?

Just happened again. A player declined and when I got another invite, I accepted--and the whole thing just froze. >.>

eu am dat accept si cand colo era declined la 5 meciuri la rand va rog frumos sa reparati bugul
