why cant I remake the game when someone left at the start of the game?

While I was playing a ranked game, my jungle just left without any reason, or saying anything. and never cameback. Tried to remake the game and did not work. Why is that? I have a unfare loss my one of my series match because I had to play 4 vs 5.

I think the remake system need to be reworked or something. and get my series back as well.
