Skarner

So i was going to buy Skarner in shop,and i search him,open and click to buy with my IP.Unfortunately i go to try him and i didn't saw in my champion select,so i go to my purchases and i saw that i didn't buy Skarner.I buy Renekton but i swear i buy Skarner.I try to relog and nothing.
