ARAM Skin Boost Issue

So I don't usually play ARAM but I needed a break from Summoner's Rift. I noticed the ARAM Skin Boost and had some extra RP so decided why not. The issue is I was playing Jhin and I already owned his only skin, so I didn't receive anything for the skin boost that I paid for. Just wondering if anyone else thinks this would be considered a "bug" or if I'm just an idiot for using it while playing a champion I already owned all the skins for. Of course he has a new Blood Moon skin dropping soon that I missed out on getting for free :|

skin boost will unlock skins for the champions you have selected. It may have been a waste on your end since you owned all of his skins (bloodmoon is not out yet) but it was possibly not a waste for the other players since you unlocked all of the skins for their champions that match!
