[Gameplay] Cooldown Timers VS. In game Time

So let me start off by saying that I play a lot of Shaco , and because of this, I am usually very conscious of the in game time. With Shaco, as most of you know, a normal strategy is to start laying down boxes at 55 seconds at either Gromp or Buffs. With 5% CDR in masteries only, his boxes have a cool down of 15.2 seconds. This would mean that laying down 4 boxes immediately upon cool down would be 60.8 seconds correct?

Well, while laying them down at buffs (particularly enemy's Buffs hehe...), I've seen that I can start laying them down at 1 minute and finish 4 boxes at around 1:50. I have no clue why this is and it doesn't really work well with my math. So, this leads me to the conclusion that the in game time somehow is different from the cool down time. Or that the tooltip on Shaco's W is a little off.

The only other champions you can really see this with is Maokai with his Saplings, but I haven't personally tried it out yet. Yes, there is a cast time to the boxes as well, and to be honest I don't know what it is. But regardless of what the cast time is, it should not affect the placement by 10 seconds.

What do you guys think? Am I wrong or is this a legitimate bug? I encourage you to try it out yourself or just tell me if you've experienced the same thing.

box1 15.2 box2 15.2 box3 15.2 box4 15.2 BOX5

Cooldown starts when the box is placed. The first box can be placed without wait. Then you must wait 15.2 seconds for every subsequent box.

Shaco's W will go on cooldown 3 times before the 4th box is placed (after the 1st and before the 2nd, between 2 and 3, between 3 and 4). 15.2x3=45.6

The 5th box is ready by 60.8 seconds (give or take a few fractions of a second due to cast time, human error, and latency).
