i have 6300 more ip but i cant buy a 6300 champ some one tell me y plz :( its a bug???

Probably a bug with the amount of IP being displayed, i have seen this a few times.

I've heard of there being issues using the new client. If you're using the new client, they were recommending to log into the old client to make your purchase. Hopefully that helps.
