[Gameplay] Syndra's stun makes minions unable to move

I bought Syndra's new snow day skin and while playing her I saw that when I used her Q then followed up with her E to create her stun, when It hit the enemy team's caster minions would just stand there. They wouldn't move or even attack. Possibly a bug with her skin? (which I absolutely love, worth the RP)
