BLACK SCREEN DEATH

when I go to play a game, I've recently been getting the black screen of death, which means when I load up after champ select I can't get into the game, as I get a black screen, and soon after reconnect, I've tried to re log, re start my computer, restart my internet, sometimes fixes it, sometimes it doesn't and I can't get into games, this is starting to happen recently after the patch, and it's super annoying.
