Before the first game League of legends lag

So when i open lol it lags like ALOT i cant even press accept to a game, but after i play the 1 game it runs normally. I dont know what to do it's so annoying tbh, i cant put runes, change spells or pick a champion Please if you have the same problem or know how to solve it tell me [sg-ahri-1]
