Dynamic Queue Freezing and Clubs disappearing.

Ever since Dynamic Queue replaced Team Builder my client has been doing this nifty thing where the timer freezes at zero and if it is my turn it does not let me lock in or ban a champ and results in me dodging which means I will be given the timer and low priority queue. Sometimes it will get stuck when someone else is picking and sometimes it happens when it's my turn, it's pretty random and has been happening a lot more lately.

I can no longer play Ranked because there's an 80% chance that my client will freeze. I have done everything to try and fix the issue. I have sent in help tickets, tweeted to Riot support, checked my drivers, repaired my client and then finally tried a fresh install and nothing has worked. I pretty much only got the automated response from the tickets and I know it isn't my internet because everything else works a 100% (Netflix, Youtube, Games on Battlenet and Steam etc.) I am at wit's end because I love League but this issue is ruining the experience for me. D:

Now onto the Clubs issue, I am a member of three clubs (one is my own) and my Clubs upon logging in have completely disappeared and according to multiple friends I am marked as offline in the clubs when I am clearly online. My Clubs and Chatrooms tab has the "We ran into an error loading your clubs; try relogging to load" error and I have done that (relogging) a million times and it will still not work and the response I got was that they didn't have a timeline for when the issue would be fixed so if any of you have/are experiencing any of this and could help me out I'd be appreciative. D:
