[GAMEPLAY]- Lux Ult bug

In a previous game I play there was a Lux and she had casted her ult 3 times on top of one another and other times in multiple directions, I dont know how the bug itself works I just witnessed the player cast the ult in multiple directions

Yeah I just played a game with a Lux who fired off like 5 lasers per ult. Super obnoxious.
